Our Story
Texas Floor Techs is a commercial flooring service. We do independent moisture testing, provide topographical surveys for determining levelness of slabs as well as a full range of commercial flooring installation services.
Texas Floor Techs is not a flooring dealer. We do not sell any types of flooring materials. Our mission is to provide excellent service in the testing of concrete slabs for the installation of commercial flooring materials as well as a full range of installation services to flooring suppliers.

What We Provide
CONCRETE MOISTURE TESTING
Is the flooring you want to install going to going to last?
The reason flooring manufacturers require moisture testing is giving you an answer to that question. A simple RH test can give you the assurance that the cost of the flooring you are putting down is money well spent. No bubbles, no glue oozing through joints and no early failures related to moisture is assurance you should demand.
For as little as $115 Texas Floor Techs can drill, set and make the return trip to read the moisture content of your concrete slab. Additional tests can be performed for as little as $30/each on the same visit in various locations of a large space.

TOPOGRAPHICAL SURVEY
A topographical survey is a way to show the high and low areas on a concrete slab.
Are you installing a flooring that requires a certain flatness of substrate? Does an end user require a certain flatness for their use? Do you need a to estimate floor prep?
A topographical survey can give you the answer to these questions.
Texas Floor Techs can provide you with a 5 foot by 5 foot grid survey for as little as 3 cents per square foot in large areas. Small areas can be surveyed for as little as $450.
The survey will be accurate to within 1/8th of an inch and reproducible.

If you need it done regardless of how difficult the old flooring is adhered, we have the tools to demolish that floor.
